Campus Recruiting Coordinator

Our growing campus team is looking for a creative, passionate and organized coordinator to help us build our campus program. We’re in the early phases of our campus team, so the person in this role will be involved in all aspects of the campus program including branding, operations, coordination and candidate management.
What you will do:
- Support coordination needs for campus including scheduling on-site and video interviews for candidates who come through the campus program
- Coordinate on-campus and campus programming logistics
- Attend campus career fairs and campus events as a brand ambassador for Toast
- Collaborate with campus recruiters to determine our job distribution strategy and manage the posting process.
- Schedule candidate travel and manage candidate reimbursement
- Provide an exceptional interview experience for on-site and remote candidates
- Support coordination needs across all recruiting teams
- Assist with candidate experience and operations projects including process documentation, background checks and data integrity.
