What you will do:
- You will be the glue that holds the TA team together, the Director of First Impressions!!
- As the main point of contact for candidates, you will be an absolute whiz at providing a flawless candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- You will schedule interviews for candidates which includes booking conference rooms, tracking responses and emailing confirmations to candidates
- Assist with various projects related to campus recruiting, employee referral programs, employment branding, and TA operations
What you’ll have:
- Passion for Talent Acquisition, Social Media Marketing and Human Resources
- Motivated self-starter who works thoroughly to the logical end of a task, requesting appropriate assistance when necessary
- The ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality in a fast-paced, high change environment
- Exceptional communications skills
- Ability to be flexible and multitask in a rapidly changing environment while providing exceptional customer service to candidates and employees
- Acute attention to detail with excellent prioritization skills and a complete focus on quality results
- Strong reporting skills, including ability to extract, evaluate and present data
- Experience with ATS systems and proficiency using the Microsoft Office suite
- Social Media Savvy
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 1 year relevant experience preferably in HR
