What you will do:

• You will be the glue that holds the TA team together, the Director of First Impressions!!
• As the main point of contact for candidates, you will be an absolute whiz at providing a flawless candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• You will schedule interviews for candidates which includes booking conference rooms, tracking responses and emailing confirmations to candidates
• Assist with various projects related to campus recruiting, employee referral programs, employment branding, and TA operations

What you’ll have:

• Passion for Talent Acquisition, Social Media Marketing and Human Resources
• Motivated self-starter who works thoroughly to the logical end of a task, requesting appropriate assistance when necessary
• The ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality in a fast-paced, high change environment
• Exceptional communications skills
• Ability to be flexible and multitask in a rapidly changing environment while providing exceptional customer service to candidates and employees
• Acute attention to detail with excellent prioritization skills and a complete focus on quality results
• Strong reporting skills, including ability to extract, evaluate and present data
• Experience with ATS systems and proficiency using the Microsoft Office suite
• Social Media Savvy
• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 1 year relevant experience preferably in HR
