HubSpot is searching for an organized and autonomous recruiting coordinator to join our expanding team. As we continue to scale, we are looking for a point person to interact with candidates and hiring managers to achieve our hiring goals.

As a Recruiting Coordinator on the Technical Recruiting Team, your role will be critical in helping making sure our candidates have a positive interview experience. This position has tremendous potential for growth as we continue to expand at HubSpot.

You will also have the opportunity to develop your interests and skills while supporting the recruiting team by participating in collaborative projects, writing blog posts, planning events, and other ad hoc tasks.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Support the technical recruiting team by scheduling interviews for candidates via phone and email and coordinating with hiring managers and interviewing teams
  • Facilitate day-of interview logistics to ensure outstanding candidate experience, including travel arrangements as needed
  • Guide candidates through the interview process by answering all questions and concerns in a timely manner
  • Work with your recruiters to constantly improve upon interview processes and candidate experience

Desired Skills and Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 months and up to 2 years of calendar management experience
  • Enthusiastic and professional phone presence
  • Extremely organized and proactive with follow up
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and professional writing skills
  • Strong sense of urgency and work ethic
  • Proven track record of success in previous roles/internships
  • B.A. or B.S. degree
