Recruiting Coordinator
Our people are our greatest asset. As a Recruiting Coordinator you will work closely with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, Coordinators, Business Operations leaders and interviewers to help us attract and retain the best talent. You will be one of the main 'faces' of our recruiting process to candidates - reaching out to them to schedule interviews, organizing travel, helping out with campus events, and making sure candidates have a flawless end-to-end experience with Kensho, while improving Kensho's brand in the engineering community.
What You’ll Do:
- Work closely with Recruiters and Sourcers to manage our recruiting pipeline
- Schedule phone screens, coding tests and interview panels with candidates
- Work closely with Office Managers in Boston, NYC, and DC
- Provide flawless management of the recruiting pipeline and process
- Work closely with Kensho's Diversity and Culture team to grow Kensho's culture
What We Look For:
- 1-3 years of experience in the recruiting and talent acquisition industry
- Highly detail-oriented nature and superbly organized
- Data-driven mindset combined with an ability to look beyond the numbers
- Thrive on the details and day-to-day of continuous enhancements to the sourcing and closing process
- Great communication skills and the ability to be a brand ambassador for Kensho
- Experience with ATSs, preferably Lever
