Recruiting Coordinator
Toast is a rapidly growing startup building the first all-in-one restaurant management software platform. Responsibilities:
- Manage and update job posts in our Applicant Tracking System and externally to various career sites and college boards
- Work closely with recruitment team and hiring managers
- Schedule on-site and video interviews
- Schedule candidate’s travel and manage candidate reimbursement
- Greet all candidates, provide office tours, and ensure interviews run smoothly
- Plan and attend all recruiting events (in-house meetups, career fairs, etc.) to help pipeline new talent
- Ensure candidates have an exceptional interview experience from start to finish
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Human Resources and utilizing recruiting tools
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and extremely organized
- Able to support fast-paced recruitment activity in a start up environment
- Able to effectively prioritize projects
- Experience managing multiple calendars
