Job Description

  • Become a master user of SmartRecruiters ATS (applicant tracking system); pull weekly reporting to be shared across all levels, including Executive.
  • Coordinate with both hiring managers and candidates to schedule all interview activity; including phone and zoom interviews, debrief meetings, etc.
  • Administer all job postings, ensuring that all job boards are kept up to date; track and report on job board strategy, usage, and productivity.
  • Prepare and deliver offer letters to candidates and own candidate records management. 

Qualifications

  • SmartRecruiters or applicable ATS experience preferred
  • Technology is your jam: You are proficient with MS Office suite and have the ability to learn complex technologies quickly.
  • You are a creative problem-solver: you enjoy solving problems quickly and creatively; you’re not afraid to think outside of the box!
  • You have a sense of urgency: you like to hit the ground running and have a ‘Why put off to tomorrow what we can tackle today’ mentality.
  • You’re an optimist: in the face off unlikely odds, you stay calm and focused on the opportunity for success rather than the potential for failure; you welcome the challenge!
  • You’re a multi-tasking master: you can juggle several tasks and (sometimes conflicting) priorities without sacrificing your acute attention to detail.
