As Quickbase continues to accelerate growth, we're looking to add a Recruiter to our team to support our hiring goals. Reporting to one of our Senior Recruiters, you'll own and manage the recruitment process from sourcing and screening through offer and onboarding. You'll partner with hiring managers, primarily in our Customer Success and G&A (General and Administrative) organizations, to understand their hiring needs and then partner together to execute on hiring plans. We're looking for you to help us improve our hiring process and interview structures in partnership with our hiring managers. In this role, you will:

  • Own and manage the full cycle recruiting process for 15+ requisitions
  • Actively source and engage candidates through a variety of methods, including LinkedIn, job boards, and other partnerships
  • Qualify candidates through our evidenced-based recruiting methodology – scorecards, data measurement assessments, structured interviews
  • Enjoy the hiring process – you'll work with candidates from an initial outreach message all the way to successful onboarding
  • Embrace our commitment to diversity, equity & inclusion – we believe that innovative teams are well-represented by people of different lived experiences
  • Maintain accurate and clean data reporting within our applicant tracking system – we want to track and celebrate our journey!
  • Help us contribute to current-and-future documentation of our interviewing and hiring processes
  • Bring your own ideas and solutions – we know that we do not have it all figured out. We're a company focused on getting better each day
  • Maintain confidentiality and high ethical standards as part of the HR team


Ideally you will have:

  • 1+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience; experience within a software company preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple openings with a high volume of candidates
  • Embrace a growth mindset; extremely flexible, highly organized and able to easily shift priorities
  • Passion and excitement for identifying and hiring top talent to join a quickly growing company
  • Exceptional follow-through and attention to detail, with excellent time management skills
  • A passion for working cross-functionally and interacting with the HR Team and hiring managers
