About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced recruiter who can help build diverse pipelines of well-qualified candidates. You’ll partner closely with our in-house Manager of Talent Acquisition to help fill roles primarily on our revenue teams including: Sales, Account Management and Sales Operations. This is a full-time contract role with the potential to convert to permanent. 

Responsibilities

  • Source and qualify top prospects from entry to senior-level positions across our Sales and Account Management teams.
  • Conduct initial phone screens of candidates and provide detailed feedback to the Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers
  • Build pipelines of candidates from diverse and underrepresented backgrounds
  • Analyze role requirements to determine target candidate profiles and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies
  • Generate a pipeline of qualified candidates for a variety of revenue and sales role roles including: Sales Development Representatives, Inside Sales, Field Sales, Account Executives, Regional Directors, Operations Managers, Systems Administrators, Contract Specialists, Sales Enablement etc...
  • Other talent acquisition duties as assigned.

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

  • 4+ years experience recruiting for sales roles within Saas & Software organizations. Strong preference for a combination of agency and corporate recruiting experience
  • Proficiency screening resumes to match qualifications
  • Experience conducting interviews and providing detailed feedback
  • Demonstrated experience sourcing passive candidates
  • Experience developing and executing candidate generation and research techniques
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, Google Docs, Greenhouse or similar platforms

Panorama excitedly hosts two in-person "all team meetings" a year. All Panoramians attend and travel/hotels are provided. (Paused due to Covid)
