The People Strategy and Analytics, Manager will be a key member of our Indigo People team, a modern, strategic group focused on finding A players, and ensuring that Indigo is one of the best places to work through fantastic opportunities to grow and develop, and prioritizing a mission-driven, healthy and motivating culture.
Responsibilities:
Partner with the Head of People to drive key priorities for the People Team
- Develop operational and execution-oriented projects to manage execution on key priorities with little oversight
Proactively scope projects to help the team on meeting goals and track goals through project management
- Quickly become embedded and understand how the team is contributing to Indigo’s mission
- Support Head of People with people strategy and presentation
- Ensure the People strategy is regularly updated and refined so that core projects flow clear from the strategy
Attend, organize the agenda and lead the weekly People team meetings
- Capture workstreams with support of meeting owners
- Take succinct meeting notes that are quickly shared
- Run weekly meetings for which you act as a project manager
- Organize People team cadence, routines, and ongoing governance

Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience
- Prior consulting experience
- Interested in People space
- Prior experience with Project Management
- Boston-based
