About the Role

As a People Partner for Snyk, you'll report directly to our VP People and provide critical partnership to our leaders and managers, executing people strategies that accelerate business objectives and enable us to scale for hyper growth.

You’ll spend your time

  • Working with our leaders and managers across all areas of the business to proactively identify organizational needs, evaluate options, develop and drive needed change initiatives.
  • Building and executing talent related processes that drive a high performance and growth culture focused on development e.g. around goal-setting, a feedback culture, and career paths.
  • Working closely with our leadership team on organizational design, change management, people strategy and employee engagement.
  • Collaborating across various internal stakeholder groups within and outside the People team (eg People Experience, Recruiting, Finance, Operations) to drive a seamless People strategy around the employee lifecycle (eg compensation, feedback cycles, engagement surveys, etc)
  • Using people metrics to drive key insights and decisions for talent growth and retention.
  • Coaching and mentoring managers across the organization on best practices in building a People first organization

About You

  • 5-6+ years of progressive People Partner (HRBP) experience, preferably in a high-growth technology startup.
  • Experience having designed and executed change management, performance management, leadership coaching, learning and development programs, total rewards processes.
  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience working with remote and distributed organizations.
  • Data-driven, decision maker & pragmatic problem solver who can find root causes of issues and gain leadership support to address them
  • Proven ability to manage priorities among multiple stakeholders and multitask or re-prioritize as needed in a high-velocity environment.
  • Experience collaborating in a matrixed environment and driving consensus and momentum amongst a large set of stakeholders.
  • You value diversity and believe strongly in creating an inclusive environment

We work in geographically distributed teams and have offices in London, Tel Aviv, Boston and Ottawa. We use Slack & Zoom to keep in contact with one another, and you’ll travel around at least twice a year to spend time with colleagues who aren’t co-located with you.

Location

Snyk is very remote-friendly for almost all of our roles, and we also have office hubs in Boston, London, Tel Aviv, NYC, and Denver!
