Job Summary

The People Ops Specialist is the key person at Cybereason whose primary responsibility is to serve as the main point of contact for all HR programs, specifically the onboarding phase of all newly hired employee in the U.S. and EMEA. This role is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the onboarding process as a candidate transitions into an employee, all while ensuring an exceptional “Cybereason” experience.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Serve as the main point of contact for new hires and answer questions regarding HR programs, policies, resources and procedures, with a focus on new hire processing and onboarding ensuring that all new hires feel welcome and well-informed for their first day.
• Responsible for coordinating and scheduling Cybereason’s onboarding program (Flight School) and work with management to ensure the orientation process is complete and thorough.
• Function as System Admin for our ATS (Greenhouse) and HRIS (UltiPro) tools, responsible for tracking, reporting, data and analysis.
• Regularly survey candidates and hiring managers to evaluate the onboarding process, working closely with Talent Acquisition and IT to determine opportunities to improve, evolve, and/or sustain successful and consistent practices.
• Initiate the background check process via our external partner.
• Own and update all Talent Acquisition content and communications on our internal/external portals.
• Proactively identify areas to enhance the organization and employee experience.
• Assist with various People Ops and Talent Acquisition projects as needed.

 Qualifications and Skills

• 3+ years of prior People Ops/Onboarding related experience.
• Experience with HR technologies such as UltiPro (HRIS) and Greenhouse (ATS) a huge plus!
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate with a variety of individuals and groups.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
• Strong judgment abilities/skills as well as initiative.
• Able to prioritize and deliver timely work.
• Must have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures.
• Able to work both independently and as a part of a team with enthusiasm, initiative and creativity.
• Able to meet deadlines while juggling multiple projects/tasks; effective multitasker.
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite – proficiency with Excel and Google docs a huge plus!
• Bachelor’s Degree and/or related work experience preferred.
