A bit more about this role:

As our People Operations Specialist you will be responsible for being the face and voice to many facets of our organization. With a heavy focus in the Human Resources arena, you will be responsible to help us deliver an unmatched candidate experience and other activities to drive our recruiting team to optimal efficiency. You will also support the great team in our Waltham HQ location. Early on, this will include work across the business, from the front desk to the back office. You will interface regularly with stakeholders internal and external to Devoted.

Here's what a day at Devoted could look like!

• Supporting recruiting to schedule candidate interviews
• Follow through of human resource processes, including adjusting the as we scale Reviewing resumes for needed role qualifications
• Writing and sending of offer letters
• Reporting and analytics for recruiting
• Sharing the responsibility for candidate experience
• Supporting our office with ordering of supplies
• Coordinating events for the business and recruitment functions Coordinating social media and job board posting
• Office support such as front desk responsibilities, ordering office supplies, new hire set up and support

Here's what we'd like to see in your background...

• 3+ years of experience in working with internal and external stakeholders (candidates, hiring managers)
• Experience working in an applicant tracking system
• Excellent calendaring and communication skills Experience working in documents and spreadsheets
• A good understanding of the full life cycle of recruiting
• Experience with taking care of office needs
