ASICS Digital has an exciting new role on our growing People Operations team for you! Our People Operations Jr. Generalist will serve as the face of the team. Your success will be measured on building trust, executing great programs and events, and the success of all our employees.

This person will be exposed to the full life-cycle of an employee from recruiting to hire, to onboarding, to ongoing education and more. You’ll work hand in hand with our Sr. Recruiter/Generalist and our People Operations Lead as we build out a People Operations team to support the growth of ASICS Digital. ASICS Digital is a division of ASICS based in Boston, Massachusetts. Our goal is to build digital technologies to better connect the ASICS brand to its consumers. We are responsible for the continued development of mobile-fitness solutions such as ASICS Runkeeper and ASICS Studio, global e-commerce platforms, and other digital services that encourage people to move, get fit and stay balanced.

What You’ll Do:

• Co-Op Program Manager: You will lead the full life cycle of the Co-Op program. You will be responsible for recruiting, attending job fairs, onboarding Co-Ops and facilitating our in depth Co-Op programming.
• Talent Acquisition: Liaising with the Sr. Recruiter/Generalist you will lead the full life cycle of our entry level roles. Talent Acquisition at ASICS Digital includes kick offs with hiring managers, coordinating onsite interviews, facilitating feedback sessions and extending offers.
• HRIS Management: You will be responsible for ensuring the data integrity of our HRIS system Namely. We will look to you as the data owner to make recommendations for automating data inputs and utilizing our tools to the fullest.
• Onboarding Administration & Facilitation: Serving as the first point of contact for our New Hires, you will focus on a best in class onboarding experience for all hires. We encourage you to create this program. Our current program includes a welcoming desk on Day 1, working with department presenters to ensure their onboarding training is effective and relevant, and spending time with new hires for their first 6 weeks to ensure their onboarding is productive, fun and motivating.
• Benefits Administration: Working with the People Operations Lead you will manage day to day benefit related needs. You will build employee education sessions, provide enrollment support for new hires, and more. You will also play a key role in the Open Enrollment process every June.

What You’ve Done:

• 2-4 years of HR/People Ops experience in a dynamic and agile environment. Start up/Tech focused experience a huge plus.
• At least 1 year of Benefits and HRIS related work, experience with BCBS and Namely a plus
