People Operations (HR) Associate
RightHand Robotics (RHR) is building a world-class team to solve the biggest problem in ecommerce logistics: how to fulfill orders, despite demand that’s growing at six times the rate of available labor. Our cutting-edge robotic picking systems manipulate hundreds of thousands of items -- it’s a software-driven, hardware-enabled technology that meets the increasing demands of e-commerce order fulfillment and other industries.
We’re looking for a People Operations Associate to work with our People Ops team on everything from human capital management to employee happiness efforts. We’re growing quickly and need someone with the drive and passion to execute day-in and day-out, eager to partner and collaborate with various stakeholders on recruiting and retaining top talent.
You Will:
Own HR related operations and responsibilities such as day-to-day administrative tasks, on-boarding and off-boarding procedures, and other projects across the various HR functions
Facilitate hiring and recruiting processes (coordinating with and supporting hiring managers to prepare JDs, outbound recruiting, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, etc.)
Monitor employee engagement, address areas for improvement and develop new initiatives based on employee feedback
Maintain employee records within our ATS (Greenhouse) and HRIS (Rippling) platforms
Act as a point of contact for employee-relations matters
Assist in ensuring compliance with RHR policies as well as state & federal employment laws
Assist with managing RHR’s benefits (enrollments, plan designs and offerings)
Promote company culture (internally and externally) and set a positive example of our company’s values
You Are:
Experienced in people-oriented roles (HR, psychology, social work, management, community building, etc)
An excellent communicator with high EQ
Detail oriented, organized and able to balance multiple projects simultaneously
Able to “go with the flow” in our fast-paced, quickly growing company and be able to acclimate to the companies needs as it evolves
A team player with a positive spirit
Bonus Points:
SHRM-CP Certification
Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS), Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
