Job Overview:
The Payroll Administrator will primarily be responsible for the end to end processing of the US payrolls, including expense and supplemental runs. This individual will report to the Senior Payroll Analyst, and will be responsible for the input of all domestic employee payroll and benefit information. This individual would partner with our Finance and Human Resource groups, contributing change and completing special projects aligned with company-wide goals and objectives.
What you will do:
- Work with payroll team members to coordinate, audit, produce and approve biweekly payroll for Multi-state US and international payroll, including off-cycle payments or supplemental (bonus and year ending) payrolls, as needed
- Reviewing time and absence in Workday modules
- Reconcile and compute pay for new hires, pay/hour changes.
- Completing ad hoc payroll inputs
- Triage and provide support and resolution to ServiceNow tickets
- Upload support orders to ADP SmartCompliance
- Communicate and escalate issues and risks in a timely manner.
- Maintain data integrity of payroll applications on a daily basis
- Establish and maintain process documentation for new procedures.
- Responsible for ad hoc payroll reporting including proficiency in creating reports.
Do you have the right ingredients?
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent work experience
- 0-2 years Payroll experience, preferably using Workday and ADP
- Thorough knowledge of US payroll tax laws for a multi-state employer
- Attention to detail
- Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Strong customer service skills, ServiceNow experience a plus
