As Rapid7 scales to our next milestones, we are searching for a Talent Acquisition leader who can lead hiring in our Go To Customer organization. We are passionate about growing and building teams and we are searching for a leader in Talent Acquisition who embodies our Core Values and is focused on driving results.
As the Manager, Go To Customer Talent Acquisition your mission will be to redefine and challenge convention for how we hire for our customer-facing teams. You will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of Talent Acquisition Partners to meet and exceed business hiring goals. You will be managing cross-functional partnerships within Talent Acquisition and with stakeholders across the organization to attract and hire diverse,best-in-class candidates.
Develop and grow a high-performing team of Talent Acquisition Partners by leading, coaching and mentoring
Drive quantifiable results. Establish and execute against hiring metrics for your team including sourcing, interviewing and hiring KPIs
Effectively partner with Business Leaders. You will use data and relationships to partner across the business to support interviewing and hiring from diverse candidate pools.
Engage and educate hiring managers on topics such as interviewing and networking
Create and maintain an Agency strategy in areas where it makes sense to utilize
Collaborate with Operations and Finance on headcount and resource planning for your team to support the headcount plan
Hire and onboard new Talent Acquisition Partners to your team and set them up for success
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Leadership and Business Partners to support ongoing diversity efforts
Create innovative sourcing strategies to reach talent in our markets
Continuously work to develop as a leader; develop through feedback from from your team, peers and stakeholders

Experience working in a fast-paced environment and ability to prioritize projects and workload for yourself and your team

Ability to develop and mentor Talent Acquisition Partners on their career
Knowledge and experience in Go To Customer hiring, including Customer Success, Support and Sales
A track record of exceeding hiring goals
An operational mindset including experience with metrics-based hiring and KPIs
Ability to lead and motivate a team to desired outcomes
Experience working cross-functionally within an organization to drive results
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities
Strong systems experience including Applicant Tracking Systems. Workday is a plus
