Manager, Recruiting Coordination

The opportunity:
Datadog is ramping up for another BIG hiring year and expanding our Recruiting team to support our growth. We are looking for someone who is passionate about operational efficiency and developing early career talent, as our first Manager of Recruiting Coordination! This role will lead a global team of recruiting coordinators who will optimize our hiring process and take our candidate experience to the next level. In this position, you’ll work closely with the Recruiting Leaders and Recruiting Operations team to ensure success and consistency in process, progress, and service levels.
You will:
- Lead and mentor a team of coordinators while maintaining a high bar for the level of service provided to our internal and external clients
- Optimize the effectiveness of recruiting as an operation and drive consistency across the board
- Provide development opportunities and performance feedback for direct reports
- Ensure team receives growth opportunities via project and sourcing collaboration with recruiting teams
- Recommend and implement improvements to hiring process and Greenhouse ATS workflow both for internal partners and candidates
- Drive cross-functional projects by facilitating communication, coordination, planning and execution across the recruiting team and internal stakeholders
- Use data to define program success metrics and inform strategic decisions
- Work on projects such as CRM and drip campaign launch, Greenhouse and recruiting operations projects, data cleanliness audits, candidate survey results, etc
Requirements:
- 4+ years of recruiting operations, recruiting, or recruiting coordination experience
- 2+ years of experience managing a team
- Experience creating and iterating processes within applicant tracking systems
- Ability to own and drive projects to completion
- Creative thinking and problem solving skills
- Experience working in a high scale and fast paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, working autonomously, and navigate ambiguity with ease
- Experience building and scaling programs
