 The mission of Learning at Indigo is to inspire rapid experimentation at scale by relentlessly inspiring, accelerating, and developing our people. The Learning Coordinator will be an integral part of the L&D team, working directly with the Head of L&D and across the Onboarding, Training, and Future of Work teams. The Learning Coordinator's mission will be to keep the learning function organized, efficient, and effective by supporting the team with a variety of calendaring, administration, and systems activities.

 Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute all trainings for the Learning and Development team
  • Publish Indigo’s 2019 learning calendar for the organization and ensure logistics are secured
  • Ensure trainings runs efficiently and trainings are scheduled in advance and participants have a clear understanding of expectations
  • Be the point person for learning systems questions
  • Oversee the process of adding contractors as vendors and ensure flawless verbal and written communication
  • Manage the upcoming L&D activities in a shared calendar, ensuring conference rooms and other needed resources are coordinated and reflected in Outlook
  • Oversee all pre-work for Onboarding scheduling and confirm the process is seamless and organized from start to finish
  • Manage participants and RSVP’s for all trainings. Be the lead in coordinating approvals if needed, outreach to participants and follow up with participants to confirm attendance
  • Provide the highest level of support, including calendar management, to Head of L&D to ensure seamless coverage at all times.

  • Exceptional communication skills, can communicate with a diverse group of people
  • Ability to manage multiple projects

 

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years’ experience in a professional and reliable support role or solid administrative experience
  • Experience working for a startup or other face-paced organization, preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Event – planning experience, preferred
  • Strong passion for coordinating and organizing
  • Boston Based
  • Less than 25% travel

Location

On the edge of Charlestown, we are within walking distance to restaurants and bars. The Sullivan Square T and bus stop is also right next door! We are currently working remote/hybrid with the exception of our fantastic Biotrinsic team who work from the office and lab space here.
