We're looking for you to be a part of our vision and our strategy as we move into the next phase of growth. This role will be part of a key team responsible for scaling out our Commercial Sales and Sales Operations teams.
What you will do:
- Manage,(coach, train, mentor) team of recruiters
- Responsible for delegating work to team or moving role designation around based on bandwidth
- Recruit senior level or more strategic roles across the business
- Source hard to find talent for open roles via all channels
- Understand and deliver value components of company and role
- Keep a recruiting process fast, efficient, and human at all stages – revise when necessary
- Gather, review and analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve recruitment
Who you should be:
- 4+ years of full cycle recruiting
- Experience managing, mentoring, or coaching recruiters
- 1+ years experience hiring sales for enterprise software companies or agency/staffing companies
- Strong work ethic
- Desire to drive something forward
