Junior Analyst, HR Operations

 

To keep up with 40+% year over year revenue growth and a constantly-expanding online catalog of over 8 million products, Wayfair hires hundreds of new employees every month across the U.S. & Europe and provides orientation, benefits, and support throughout the employee lifecycle to a global workforce of 7,000 employees. The Talent team of 200+ professionals makes this rapid growth & expansion possible by leveraging the optimized tools, processes, and technology developed and managed by the Talent Operations team.

 

With full ownership over the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Human Resources Information System (HRIS), and numerous other internal systems, the Talent Operations team utilizes tools, processes, and technology to empower all employees with the data & information they need. Whether it’s adding new hires, helping current employees access personal information about leave & benefits, or building out new systems & processes, the Talent Operations team makes it all possible.

 

Role

The Talent Operations team is currently undergoing a rapid expansion from 19 to 30+ employees and looking to add several new Talent Operations Analysts. Analysts will support Talent Management (human resources) with critical activities such as processing organizational and pay changes, auditing/reporting, and employee training.

 

Responsibilities

  • Consistently, efficiently, accurately processes employee information including payroll set up and organizational changes
  • Creates a positive experience for all Talent staff, business leaders, new hires, and current employees
  • Maintain Talent systems including the HRIS (Workday)
  • Support analysis, coordination, and execution of system-related changes and testing
  • Develop, schedule, and run periodic and ad hoc reports from the HRIS (Workday) and/or other systems
  • Audit and correct data periodically and as required
  • Assist with training employees on Talent systems
  • Other administrative tasks and projects supporting the Talent team

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Interest in career related to Talent Acquisition (recruiting) or Talent Management (human resources)
  • Interest in using systems and technology to support day-to-day operations

Preferred

  • Familiarity with Application Tracking Systems, Human Resources Information Systems, process management ticketing systems and/or other similar databases
  • Experience related to Talent Acquisition (recruiting) or Talent Management (human resources)
  • Experience in fast-paced professional environment
  • Experience in data-driven role
