Ensuring that we are as committed to our internal candidates as our external candidates is a core priority of HubSpot’s recruiting team; as such, we’re seeking an Internal Mobility Recruiter & Program Manager to join our team with the primary mission of ensuring that our internal mobility program is transparent, timely, and consistent for all qualified employees globally. In this role, you’ll work with the global recruiting team, managers, and employees alike to ensure that all parties involved in the internal mobility process are set up for success. Your role will have a remarkable impact on our candidate experience, the efficiency of our recruiting process, and employee retention.

What you’ll do:

  • Evaluate current internal mobility practices and iterate processes as needed to ensure comprehensiveness, consistency, and transparency; partner with the global recruiting team to implement program at scale
  • Create resources for employees to support them in their career development exploration; optimize transparency for open roles across the company globally as well as expectations and qualifications for interested employees
  • Facilitate workshops and information sessions for employees interested in interviewing internally
  • In partnership with our Learning & Development team, design and facilitate educational programs for managers to equip them with the skills to better discuss career growth with their teams and provide specific, authentic feedback
  • Provide ongoing support to employees considering an internal career move; help them navigate resources and the broader process
  • Execute the recruiting process for roles that only consider internal candidates
  • Collaborate with our Global Mobility & Immigration team as needed for candidates considering cross-geography moves
  • Develop and report on key performance indicators to measure the impact of our internal mobility program, including candidate experience and retention

What we’re seeking:

  • Demonstrated success in a full-cycle, internal recruiting role, ideally in an environment where both internal and external candidates were managed; experience in a high-growth company preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting in front of diverse audiences of employees at all stages of their careers, including people managers and executives
  • Exceptional project management skills; can effectively identify the steps necessary to complete a program, engage stakeholders appropriately, manage expectations and ensure a continuous advancement to completion
  • A high degree of empathy and compassion and a true commitment to ensuring people’s professional success
  • Bachelor’s degree required
