Summary
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, The Human Resources Coordinator will help facilitate HR processes and programs across all of our Americas offices. This role will work closely with the HR Business Partner, HR Operations, and Benefits teams. This role will own and support important programs that drive an outstanding employee experience.
The ideal candidate will bring an enthusiastic approach to HR programs and processes, a quick learner with exceptional customer service skills. This is a unique and exciting role for an entry professional that is looking for a growth opportunity in Human Resources in a global organization.
Essential Functions
- Responsible for the pre-hire through Day 1 New Hire Experience in partnership with local HR Business Partner (HRBP); Executing pre-hire communications, welcoming New Hires during Day 1 Orientation, handling necessary new hire documentation ( I-9 and paperless new hire employment documents).
- Support HRBP’s with employee questions, handling tier 1 employee inquiries and escalating accordingly.
- Closely partner with HRBP team on the execution of global HR programs; preparing communications, employee materials, and program execution (scheduling, follow up, reporting on program success).
- Create and distribute employee verification letters and change letters as needed
- Regularly prepare trend reporting, insights and recommendations for the business: Topics may include; New Hire experience, Employee Relations, Offboarding/Exit Feedback, and Employee development opportunities.
- Facilitate the offboarding process: process terminations, exit interviews, offboarding materials
- Ad hoc duties include-submit and track department invoices related to Benefits HR systems, etc, using purchase order system.
Minimum Qualifications
- 0-2 years of relevant Human Resources experience
- Exceptional customer service skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional presence
- Executes with a high sense of urgency. Ability to effectively organize, prioritize, and handle multiple projects simultaneously while remaining flexible to the needs of the business
- Ability to interact, build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization
- Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams successfully
