To build and extend SmartBear’s success and growth, were looking for an HR Business Partner. In this role you will work closely with senior leadership and their teams to define and execute talent strategies, and have the ability to advance your career at a company that is high-growth, firmly established, and an industry leader.
In this role, you will
- Partner and collaborate with business leaders to provide consultative support in the areas of employee engagement, performance management, retention, employee relations, talent development, and compensation
- Lead Learning & Development programs to support the needs of the organization and support employee development
- Lead company-wide HR related programs including performance management, salary review, employee engagement, talent assessment, and workforce planning while proactively leveraging these programs for the best interests of the organization
- Develop and execute initiatives across the employee journey to drive high employee engagement and foster programs to support the SmartBear culture
- Recognize, investigate, and resolve employee relations issues in an effective and timely manner
- Partner with other HR team members including HR Operations and Talent Acquisition to develop a strategic, integrated HR plan
Qualifications for this role
- 2+ years previous experience as HR Generalist or HR Business Partner
- 1+ years previous experience developing, implementing, and facilitating Learning & Development programs
- 3-5 years professional experience in Human Resources
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field
- HR Certification preferred
