Human Resources Business Partner
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) plays a vital role within our organization – a role where you'll partner with the business to create the conditions for people to thrive and help us build, at scale, by focusing on translating business strategy into people & org strategy. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the People team and functional leaders on engagement, leadership & employee development, diversity, equity & inclusion, ensuring consistent implementation of core practices including employee relations, performance management and overall organizational health. You'll provide proactive guidance and counsel in an effort to improve and positively impact the employee experience. Using data and a deep understanding of our business and culture, you'll build programs that influence the engagement, growth & scale of Quickbase. What you'll be doing:
Provide strategic business partnership and coaching to people managers to positively impact the motivation, development, and retention of talent
In partnership with the Diversity, Equity &Inclusion leader, serve as an advocate, coach, and facilitator for building a diverse and inclusive teams
Proactively utilize people analytics and trends to develop, implement and manage projects and programs
Serve as the point of contact for employees when navigating challenging personal or professional issues that impact their work experience
Actively identify gaps and deploy impactful people strategies that enable the organization to perform effectively, and scale efficiently as we grow.
Work with managers on change management and talent management initiatives.
Collaborate with other HR stakeholders to build and deliver on our people programs and initiatives
Positively collaborate across peer groups – specifically, individuals within People Operations, Recruiting, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Workplace Experience, to optimize the integration and development of Quickbase talent and achieve company goals.
