HRIS Workday Analyst
Rapid7 is looking for an HRIS Analyst to join our growing Total Rewards team in our Boston HQ. This position will be responsible for managing Workday (referred to as MyMoose internally) HCM system which includes Compensation, Benefits, Performance Management, Absence, and Integrations. Rapid7’s Workday system currently holds data of over 1,200 employees and counting. This is the ideal opportunity for someone looking to own our Workday system on a global scale. This position will be reporting directly to the Senior Director of Total Rewards.

Key Responsibilities
- As part of a collaborative Total Rewards team, participate in the ongoing global design, maintenance, configuration and reporting for Workday HCM, Benefits, Compensation, and Performance Management.
- Respond to system related questions, diagnose issues and develop solutions
- With Compensation Team, support annual and quarterly compensation cycles and with Benefits Team, support the annual US Open Enrollment
- Partner with People Strategy and other internal groups to create business requirements documents, work to evaluate requirements to system capabilities and implement new functionality in partnership with our external Workday implementation partner (examples, 9box, country specific time-off plans, equity planning)
- Respond to report requests and determine best approach to deliver reports
- Collaborate with IT to build and maintain integrations between Workday and core company applications (Domo, Adaptive, Slack, Netsuite, etc.)
- Evaluate to streamline processes or use of Workday
- Partner to develop HRIS roadmap with updates during the year
- Maintain proper documentation to satisfy the company’s internal/external audit controls and compliance practices
- Participate actively in the Workday Community, propose and advocate for improvements to the Workday solution, and build a network of peers to best-practice-share with
- Proactively monitor new features released by Workday and advocate for appropriate adoption plans
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years experience supporting Workday HCM in a global organization
- Experience maintaining systems that cover multiple countries as well as implementing new design or supporting annual processes (i.e. comp cycle or open enrollment)
- High proficiency in Excel or google sheets
