Job Summary

Responsibilities:

  • Manage, Measure and Improve cross-functional HR processes and systems for efficiency, user reliance, compliance and candidate/ employee experience, including:
  • Talent Acquisition.
  • Compensation and Benefits.
  • Talent Performance, Development and Engagement.
  • Develop and Manage Data and System Governance Processes and related regulatory compliance (e.g. GDPR).
  • Serve as HR liaison to cross-functional company initiatives, including system upgrades, global initiatives and mergers and acquisition.
  • Manage Reporting Strategy and Execution across HR centers of excellence.
  • Facilitate Process and System Support for Program Development and Execution.

 

Skills Required:

  • HR Process Experience across Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Performance, Development and Engagement
  • HRIS System Knowledge
  • HR Data Compliance
  • Workday experience preferred
  • Cross-functional Project and Program Management
  • Strong communication and matrix facilitation experience
