HR Operations and Analytics Specialist
The HR Operations and Analytics Specialist will deliver programs and services which help create an incredible experience for our nearly 1,000 global employees. Working closely with the global HR team, the HR Operations and Analytics Specialist will own all of HR’s reporting and data analysis.

As the HR Operations and Analytics Specialist you will play a key role in contributing to the success of the organization by creating dashboards and reports that will help our HR team scale as our business continues to grow, in addition to other HR Operations responsibilities.
As an HR Operations and Analytics Specialist, a typical day might include:
Influencing business decisions by developing & maintaining insightful dashboards, analytics and reports that are leveraged by management, leaders and the HR team
Working in the HRIS (UltiPro) to process employment transactions including on/off boarding, benefits, open enrollment, leaves, employee changes, and other confidential employee data
Responding to general employee inquiries relating to benefits, pay, access to UltiPro, data and Bullhorn policy questions.
Providing recommendations and participating in project based work to optimize current HR processes and procedures
Support needs of all People Solutions functions, including Total Rewards, HR Operations, Office Services and Learning & Development
This job might be for you if:
You have 2+ years HR experience
You have a strong analytical mindset
You have experience manipulating and interpreting large datasets
You have managed all aspects of a global HRIS system,, including functionality, data, reporting and analytics, workflows, and user engagement
You are interested in driving efficiencies by developing workflows, policies and processes that help provide an incredible employee experience
You enjoy working closely with internal customers, including Payroll, Finance and IT
Bonus points for:
Cognos or other analytics tools experience
Experience using UKG’s UltiPro
Demonstrated success collecting, analyzing and validating employee data to maintain high integrity and systems accuracy
Managing surveys, including development and updates, collection and analyzation of results, and reporting
