From benefits, systems, onboarding and learning and development initiatives, the HR Manager is a trusted source to candidates, new hires, and employees. This is a critical role in representing iZotope’s shared values to our employee organization and fostering an environment of autonomy, mastery and purpose. The HR Manager must be highly organized, proactive, diligent, and resourceful to ensure a positive candidate and employee relations experience. What are the primary activities that this person will do on a frequent basis?

·Business Support

 ·Influence the organization to support our company values and leadership principals

 ·Cultivate strong and influential working relationships with leadership teams and employees.

 ·Coaches and counsel employees and managers regarding employee relations issues; manage employee relations cases, investigations, and guide conflict resolution.

 ·Manage existing on-boarding program that includes system enrollments, kicking off electronic on-boarding, and working with managers to establish a positive new hire experience and transition into iZotope

·Benefits Administration

 ·Manage relationships with the benefits broker team, third-party benefit plan providers, and other external vendors

 ·Support implementation and administration of benefits programs, including open enrollment, changes and termination of participants in benefit plans, and HR system updates

 ·Manage FMLA and other leave of absence cases. Ensure proper tracking, documentation, communication, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations

 ·Maintain compliance with federal, state and local employment and benefits laws and regulations

 ·Formulate, plan, and implement wellness strategies, initiatives and events to improve employee health, control utilization costs, build morale, and foster a positive team environment

 ·Manage the company’s compensation plan to include the oversight and processing of the company’s merit and bonus programs

·Compliance

 ·Ensure that all HR policies, procedures, and practices comply with applicable federal, state and local laws and are consistent with company culture and values, providing training to staff to ensure compliance

 ·Provide data for HR audits and filings related to EEO-1 reporting, benefits compliance, and 401(k) in partnership with HR team

 ·Establish and maintain awareness and understanding of employment law, industry trends, current practices and new developments

·HR Information Systems and Data Integrity

 ·Monitor and maintain employee data and records

 ·Review HR Information System (HRIS) entries to ensure accurate information is entered into the system for audit and compliance purposes

 ·Function as subject matter advisor regarding all processes and system requirements (workflows, security, reporting, integrations)

 ·Enter data into the HRIS as needed

·Learning and Development

 ·Support the execution of a company-wide learning and development program, partnering with the head of HR and leaders across the business

 

What experience should this person have?

·7+ years’ HR experience, with at least 2 years as an HR Manager

·Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related field

 

What other experience would be helpful in this role?

·High level of customer service and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation

·Knowledge of standard HR operations and policies, and the demonstrated ability to follow established protocols, identify new needs, and document new protocols

·Experience administering benefit programs

·Experience in Namely HRIS tool

·Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
