Executive Talent Partner

This person will be a cultural influencer who will be recognized for enhancing our leadership team. Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Chief People Officer to create a best-in-class executive talent experience, from first contact through onboarding
- Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for leadership and executive (VP+) talent at Cogito
- Collaborate with the senior leadership team to draft job descriptions and role requirements
- Build trust and strong connections with employees while maintaining confidentiality and discretion on roles and candidate pipeline
- Create innovative sourcing strategies to ensure a high touch and engaging candidate experience
- Partner with the Talent Manager to define and exceed talent milestones
- Deliver metrics-based reporting to track success on specific goals
- Build and maintain network of potential candidates through research, sourcing and relationship management
- Be an advocate for Cogito’s employment brand
- Be a subject matter expert in our space
- Create an excellent candidate experience by aligning their skills and talents with our areas of need
- Offer guidance and facilitate the negotiation process through to its completion
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in recruiting
- 4+ years recruiting executive talent; experience within a high growth software company or agency setting preferred
- Success sourcing talent through traditional and non-traditional methods
- Experience documenting recruiting progress within an applicant tracking system; experience with Lever is preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment while providing world-class service to internal stakeholders and candidates
