Executive Assistant
Job Description:
Workhuman is growing and seeks a driven, self-starter to join our team as an Executive Assistant. This role is an integral position in supporting members of our Executive Team in a multitude of priorities and initiatives. If you are incredibly organized, detail oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role may be for you.
This is an exciting opportunity for an assistant who has broad expertise in executive support. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills with a solid background in coordination of executive calendars, travel and meetings, as well as experience in assisting with presentation preparation.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Provide timely, accurate, and professional administrative support
- Manage all scheduling of meetings; from setting up to confirming
- Manage meeting best practices, ensuring all meetings have a set agenda, materials are printed for attendees, and dial-in details are set up and confirmed
- Responsible for all travel arrangements
- Proactive management of expenses, ensuring all expenses are submitted to meet timely deadlines
- Assist with presentation preparation (proofreading, meeting submission deadlines)
- Personal assistant work as needed
- Assist with maintaining and updating Executive Team on Budget
- Schedule and maintain one-on-one calendar for direct reports
- Assist with data entry into the Salesforce database and manage contact lists as needed
Required skills and experience:
- 3+ years of related experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Positive attitude, high energy and professional demeanor
- Ability and desire to multitask
- Self-motivated with critical attention to deadlines
- Incredibly organized, diligent and detail oriented
- Exceptional computer and Microsoft Office skills
- Proven time management and organizational skills
- Ability to proofread and edit material
- Results-driven
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
