To support the rapid adoption of the marketplace model and further accelerate our growth, Mirakl is looking for a Director of Talent Acquisition for the Americas.
As the leader of Talent Acquisition in the Americas, you will be responsible for:
- Mentoring, managing, and developing the Talent Acquisition Team in the Americas
- Building a data-driven team using best practices and business insights to drive success
- Acting in a player/coach capacity working alongside your team to own complex and executive level hiring processes from opening the req to closing the candidate
- Owning candidate experience, employer brand, recruiting training, and talent acquisition metrics for the Americas
- Building strong relationships with key business stakeholders and advise them on talent acquisition related matters
- Developing a strategic vision for the growth of Talent Acquisition in the Americas aligned to Mirakl's growth
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team of talent acquisition specialists who manage complex recruiting cycles
- Analytically minded with ability to drive data-oriented strategies
- Experience working in talent acquisition for a minimum of 8 years
- Ability and willingness to roll up your sleeves and get things done no matter what the task is
- A passion for growing businesses with the best people onboard
- A strong desire to learn and grow as an individual
