Director, HR Business Partner

As part of the HR Organization, the Director, HR Business Partner will operate as a core member of the Marketing & Customer Experience (CX) teams, advising the leadership team on efforts to help them achieve their business goals through effective people strategies. The ideal candidate will advise senior leaders in the organization on talent management best practices, support organizational change and ultimately create high levels of team member engagement.
This position is remote-first, based in the US, will report to the Head of HR and will manage and develop an HR Business Partner.
What You Will Do:
- Advise the Chief Marketing Officer to define and execute the people strategy across the organization.
- Work with the Marketing & CX Leadership Team to maintain and develop a high-performance culture, driving a high level of engagement and ensure core values are embedded while providing data-driven business solutions.
- Guide and mentor senior business leaders with a focus on leadership development and coaching.
- Partner and guide senior leaders on talent and people topics, including compensation, retention, performance, and talent development, integrating compensation and performance frameworks into a comprehensive and impactful strategy.
- Lead implementation and adoption of company-wide initiatives across the Chief Marketing Officer's organization, such as remote-first best practices and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives; help build company-wide initiatives in partnership with internal HR teams on Talent Management, Diversity and Inclusion, and Employee Engagement.
Your Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience supporting senior leaders in an HR business partner capacity. Bachelor's Degree, major in Human Resources Management, Business Management, Organizational Development, or another related field.
- Prior experience directly with senior leadership teams, preferably in a technology company.
- Strong partnership experience with an emphasis on positive employee relations, change management, talent management, and the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Functional expertise across all general areas of HR, including Organizational Design, Diversity and Inclusion, Employee, Talent Management, Performance Management, and Compensation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as prioritization skills, with the ability to manage competing business and customer needs while adapting messaging appropriately for a broad range of audiences in a highly autonomous and fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-performance culture in a dynamic business environment.
- Exceptional consulting, coaching, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to get things done; solution-based thinking coupled with agility
- Highly adaptable and comfortable working with a degree of ambiguity
- Solid expertise in developing solutions based upon facts/data analytics.
- Human Resources Professional Certification (i.e., SPHR) preferred.
