Your challenge:

This role will be a 3-6 month contract to start with potential for extension. As our new Technical Recruiter, you will join a small but mighty Talent Acquisition team in ensuring each and every employee has the best possible experience at Definitive Healthcare. You will collaborate with our recruiters, sourcer, and hiring managers to help find and hire the best possible talent.

Here are some things you will tackle:

  • Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Indeed, Venture Fizz, and beyond)
  • Craft and sending emails, and proactive outreach to passive candidates
  • Coordinating with hiring managers and HR to determine position requirements, hiring timelines, and compensation ranges
  • Work closely with the technology teams to organize events and MeetUps
  • Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search, Keyword search, social media and various professional sources)
  • Phone screen and interview candidates for assigned requisitions
  • Facilitate interviews and negotiate offers
  • Measure and track conversion rates and other key recruiting metrics
  • Promote our employer brand online and offline
  • Maintain candidate databases in our ATS and LinkedIn
  • Proactively develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs and build long term relationships with candidates for future job opportunities at the company with a focus on diversity talent

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 1-3 years of experience in technical recruiting; ideally at a staffing agency or high growth company
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for software engineering and other technical roles
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and to learn new systems and processes quickly
  • A positive, customer first attitude, with lots of energy, and enthusiasm
  • Interest in joining a fun loving and fast paced team
