About the Role

You are a highly confident, results focused recruiting partner comfortable operating with a ton of ownership and accountability. You're highly communicative, proactive and solutions focused. When searches can get difficult, this person doesn't just talk about challenges, they find solutions and  a way to drive results.

We need a true hunter – someone who is fearless, assertive and hungry. We need someone who can communicate effectively with both internal leadership and candidates with various levels of experiences. Someone who can vet sales top talent, really dig on experience vs. answering HR questions to get to the hiring manager.  The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruiting and for driving visibility and accountability around the hiring process for all parties that are involved. What You'll Be Doing

  • Highly experienced  seasoned contract recruiter ideally with a mix of agency and product experience
  • You’re comfortable managing complex searches
  • Highly organized and pays attention to the details 
  • Approaches challenges with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Ability to influence
  • You believe in our mission of eliminating passwords 
  • You have worked in hyper growth companies and market disrupting products
  • You must be naturally curious - we value new ideas and creativity and want to be continuously developing individually and as a team
  • Build strong relationships with candidates, and work to continually improve our candidate experience
  • Be a part of shaping and maintaining Transmit's Talent brand
  • Stay up to date on the recruiting industry’s best practices and latest trends
  • Ensure the data integrity of our ATS (Greenhouse)
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance and other partners on process improvements, events, employer branding and various other initiatives

Requirements:  

  • 3+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience, preferably at high-tech company
  • Experience hiring top level Go To Market Talent
  • Demonstrated success with direct sourcing and doing what it takes to find the right candidate
  • Experience working in a hyper growth company, previous startup experience is a plus and large company SaaS 
  • Deep understanding and knowledge of Sales Recruitment from Commercial to Mid-Market to Enterprise Sales Reps
  • Independently driven, with a positive attitude and a sense of pride and ownership in your work
  • Detail-oriented, whether you’re negotiating comp, keeping up on your candidate responses, or updating the ATS
  • A demonstrated passion for learning, from best practices to market intel to new creative sourcing strategies
  • Working with Greenhouse- An advantage 
  • Ability to articulate the Transmit story to candidates
  • Experience partnering and influencing senior hiring managers and executives throughout the recruiting cycle
