We are looking for a fantastic recruiter to help us grow our team over the next 6 months. This person will own full life-cycle recruiting, partnering closely reporting to the People Operations Lead and hiring managers across the organization. A successful person in this role will bring a daily passion to finding a diverse group of candidates who fit the team's needs and also are excited by the potential problems they would be solving in their new role. They are expert communicators and enjoy working with others. They will drive results with a priority on what’s best for the team over their own personal interest or ego.
ASICS Digital who?? We are a division of ASICS based in Boston, Massachusetts. Our goal is to build innovative digital technologies to better connect the ASICS brand to its consumers. We are responsible for the continued development of mobile-fitness solutions such as ASICS Runkeeper and ASICS Studio, global e-commerce platforms, and other digital services that inspire people to move, get fit and stay healthy.
What You’ll Do:
- Own and drive full life-cycle recruiting for tech and non-tech hiring across the company
- Build strong hiring manager relationships in order to drive decision making and decrease time to fill
- Build strong candidate relationships to ensure high level candidate experience
What You’ve Done:
- 3-5 years of direct recruiting experience either as a Recruiter, including previous experience as a tech recruiter
