Compliance Training Administrator
The Compliance Training Administrator is responsible for implementing compliance training programs for InterSystems Employees. This individual will work with internal departments and groups who require compliance training assignment, delivery, and tracking for company employees. They will manage the lifecycle of such training including vendor selection, integration in our Learning Management System, testing, deployment, reporting, and retirement. They will also provide troubleshooting services and technical support for the end-users.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and manage online compliance training programs
- Source and evaluate vendor courseware
- Write and maintain test scripts, manage and participate in testing activities, and evaluate results
- Work with vendors to correct issues and upgrade content as needed
- End-user support and triage of incoming tickets
- Troubleshoot and resolve program issues
- Work with internal groups to create, manage, and maintain compliance training programs.
- Manage reporting against the programs.
- This role requires a good level of technical knowledge and the ability to quickly develop competence in new software.
Qualifications:
- Experience administering and supporting eLearning delivery within a corporate setting
- Experience managing content/courses within a Learning Management System
- Experience with SCORM course deployment
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and/or experience creating eLearning courses using industry-standard authoring tools.
- Experience testing web-based content across devices, browsers, and operating systems.
- Experience evaluating course vendors and content
- Highly technology literate; quickly learns new applications and tools
- Excellent customer facing skills
- Strong follow-through capabilities
- Extremely detailed and organized, ability to re-prioritize tasks as needed
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Ability to develop and apply best practices
