Campus Recruiter

We are seeking a Campus Recruiter to join our Talent Attraction team based in Needham, MA. In this role you will hire early talent for our Global Headquarters focused on Engineering, Product Development, Marketing and Robotics divisions. You will play a meaningful role in ensuring we attract, source, present and hire top students for our intern and co-op programs.

· Coordinate and execute campus recruiting strategy for target universities focused on business need and DE&I initiatives

· Create and manage the calendar of events throughout the year. Engage with internal stakeholders to participate

· Strengthen our relationships with career services, professors/faculty and student organizations

· Partner with Diversity, Equity and Inclusion committee for recruiting initiatives and partnerships

· Manage full recruitment life-cycle, from posting jobs, distribution of resumes, scheduling interviews to closing candidates in a high volume and competitive recruitment environment

· Coordinate events like career fairs, company presentations and onsite interview days

· Plan and execute 10 week Summer Innovation Internship Program in collaboration DE&I efforts and senior leadership

· Support program management as needed, including onboarding, exit interviews, early talent conversion process

· Collaborate closely with internal partners including finance, compensation, immigration and legal

Requirements:

· Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business, Marketing or a similar field

· Campus recruiting experience with an emphasis on diversity hiring and campus relations preferred

· Excellent organizational, project, task and administrative skills

· Advanced Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

· Some travel may be required during peak seasons

Other Useful Skills & Experience:

· Preferred experience working with HBCU's, HSI’s and Tribal colleges and universities

· Knowledge of various campus programs, activities, important dates, student organizations, university hiring policies, etc.

· Be a self-starter and possess strong sense of self-motivation by bringing fresh perspective and ideas to the team 

This role will be hyrbid. You will be able to work onsite in Needham, MA and remote.
