As our Business Recruiter, you’ll help drive talent pipelines across ezCater's Marketing, Sales, Partner Operations, and G&A departments. You’ll partner with hiring managers to help them make effective talent decisions, and you’ll consistently provide a positive, thorough candidate experience. You’ll create mutually beneficial recruiting processes for our hiring teams and candidates alike.
Your efforts will grow the visibility of ezCater’s talent brand and reputation as a world-class employer. You are constantly improving your skill set and always pushing to find ways to enhance ezCater’s approach to recruiting. Sound interesting? You will:
- Partner with Hiring Managers on the Business-side of ezCater (Sales, Marketing, Partner Operations, and G&A) to identify, evaluate, and hire top talent.
- Be the first step in our process and the face of ezCater. You are capable of screening candidates for necessary skills, personality traits, and culture fit. You will leave all candidates with the best possible impression of ezCater. You speak their language.
- Improve upon processes, increase efficiency and foster our culture as we scale.
- Contribute to our talent brand by thinking like a marketer.
- Be the cultural ambassador for our Business teams. Coordinate and attend events, build relationships and engage with the Boston community via blogs, meet-ups, open houses and more. You will be a tireless advocate for our team.
You have:
- Seen a lot. You’re a boutique agency recruiter, in-house recruiter at a fast-growing company, or someone who’s been working with customers and/or prospects (looking to service a new type of customer - candidates), and you are looking for your next challenge. Ideally, you have experience in both agency and in-house environments.
- 2+ years of Recruiting experience or comparable people-facing/client-facing experience (sales or customer service ideally).
- More than just recruiting skills. You think outside the box. You are creative and innovative in driving inbound candidates.
- A strong understanding of Sales, Marketing, Partner Operations, and G&A. You know where the best revenue-generating/revenue-supporting talent is and how to attract it.
- The ability to turn cold outreach into warm leads through research, approach and follow through.
- A passion for building diverse teams.
