The People Team at Catalant is looking for a Benefits and People Ops Specialist to elevate our game as we attract, develop, reward, and retain top talent. Do you geek out when it comes to all things benefits? We love that about you! The People Team is passionate about… you guessed it... all things people. Our aim is to provide employees with the roadmap for the career experience of a lifetime--and this role is absolutely critical to that. Oh, and we have fun doing it! - So passionate and committed to building a benefits program that employees absolutely rave about the program...and you! They recognize the impact of a game-changing total rewards program and you deliver!
- A force-multiplier. You are eager to partner with employees and internal stakeholders. We don’t operate in a silo! You can work well independently in our fast-paced environment; however, “collaboration” is your middle name.
- Both analytical and organized. From graphs and charts, to post-its and project management...you love it all!
- A fan (and relative whiz) when it comes to HRIS technology (bonus points for familiarity with Namely).
- Process-oriented. You appreciate finding inefficiencies, solving for them, and making us bigger, better, faster, stronger as a result.
- Part of the continuous learning fan club. You realize that a) you don’t know everything, and b) if we fail, we fail fast, learn from it, and ask ourselves, “how can we do it better next time?”

- Use your attention to detail to perform accuracy checks of benefits and HRIS-related data.
- Partner with benefit vendors to ensure best in class service for the Catalant team.
- Own the entire open enrollment process.
- Tackle People Ops and HRIS processes when it comes to onboarding and offboarding.
- Challenge best practices in the field of Benefits. We want to be the “next practice.”
WHICH MEANS YOU’RE ALSO BRINGING THIS TO THE TABLE…
- A keen combination of empathy and business-sense.
- 3+ years of benefits and HRIS experience
- Knowledge of benefits program including health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, 401k plans...and the associated regulations that come with.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
