Markley is hiring an organized, up-beat Administrative Coordinator with exceptional communication skills to handle various offices duties and interface with our clients and employees.  The Administrative Coordinator duties will include but are not limited to: 

•       Biweekly payroll and expense processing support (through Paychex)

•       Onboard new tenants, update tenant manual

•       Coordinate new client welcome and walk-throughs

•       Onboard new employees, update employee information, ad hoc HR requests

•       Manage WageWorks benefit program

•       Schedule internal HR programs (chair massages, flu clinic, etc.)

•       Maintain up-to-date contact information for clients

•       Draft and send out notifications for maintenance work; follow up regarding projects

•       Interface with sales team

•       Updating employee Intranet

•       Serving as back up to compliance administrative coordinator

•       Assist with various Construction Department projects

•       Work closely with Compliance Department so support the needs and communications of corporate policies and procedures

•       Responsible for information security by appropriately preserving the Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability (CIA) of Markley Group information assets in accordance with the company's information security program

To succeed in this position, the person should be committed to providing attentive support for internal and external parties and ensuring consistent, efficient operations.  You should be courteous, proactive and organized at all times. 

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

·       Excellent verbal, written communication and computer skills including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers

·       Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service

·      Bachelor degree

Physical Requirements:

·       Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.

·       Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
