With industry-leading technology and an innovative operations model, our mission is to make the bike the most loved form of transportation — and we’re looking for an exceptional HR Generalist to help make it happen. This person will help in all functional areas of the Human Resources department, including onboarding, professional development, employee relations, HR operations and compliance. This role will report directly to our VP of HR.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and lead new hire orientation and onboarding programs, including setting up HR system accounts for new employees
  • Assist in the administration of benefit plans, including enrollments, changes, terminations and support
  • Partner with managers to retain, develop and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential
  • Provide manager coaching to build leadership capabilities and management skills
  • Work with leaders to develop and implement HR plans and solutions in order to achieve strategic business initiatives
  • Compile data from our HR systems, including headcount and turnover metrics, ad hoc reports, and reconciliation of missing information
  • Review and analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions to managers and leadership team to improve performance, retention, and employee experience and satisfaction
  • Coordinate and drive the strategy and goal setting of the HR Operations management roadmap
  • Scale existing processes and technology and drive improvements and efficiencies

About You:

  • At least 5 years of HR/People Ops experience
  • Experience with implementing HRIS systems is very helpful
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to coach managers and supervisors on effective management tools
  • Proven project management, process improvement and data analysis skills
  • Strong time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task across concurrent priority projects
  • Ability to work across various levels of the organization, while building trust and fostering collaboration
  • Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR practices and trends
