As the global Head of Talent for TrueMotion, you will be responsible for building strategies and the infrastructure necessary to continue supporting our most valuable asset: our people. To be considered, the successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the skills and knowledge and experience necessary to manage HR challenges in a diverse and global marketplace, including: Strategic HR Management, Talent and Organizational Design, Talent Acquisition, Global Compensation and Benefits, Training and Development, Performance and Risk Management, and also bringing the confidence and ability to use those skills on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide true subject matter expertise around all things People. Counsel and support the TrueMotion leadership team on talent management & development, diversity initiatives, employee communication, culture management, performance decisions & actions, and other actions that can support and further TrueMotion’s goals.
  • Build and manage a best-in-class talent team that provides a flawlessly positive employee experience while helping us attract and retain the right people, ensuring that they have the tools necessary to thrive and be successful.
  • Own all people processes for employee onboarding, retention and offboarding, legal compliance, and immigration.
  • Be our HR compliance expert, leveraging your knowledge and experience to know where to go for complex issues including medical, PTO, 401(k), FMLA, CFRA, SDI, LOA, etc.
  • Use data to drive talent efficiencies across performance and compensation management.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees' HR questions and issues while servicing day-to-day responsibilities, such as onboarding.
  • Embody TrueMotion’s culture, acting as its thoughtful steward as we continue to grow; developing initiatives that ensure employee growth, development, and retention while creating a place where people love to work.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years HR experience in fast-paced environment in high-tech / software industry (startup experience highly preferred)
  • Experience implementing people and organizational programs including onboarding, performance management, compliance, and professional growth etc.
  • Ability to translate company strategic goals into actionable development programs that directly support the attainment of our business objectives
  • Experience managing and administering benefits, payroll, and HRIS.
  • Experience building and leading a Talent/People Ops/HR function
  • Deep knowledge of employment regulations and legislation
  • An open and approachable communication style, with an employee-first mindset
  • Desire to dive deep and learn about our product, market, and customers
