Our passion and pursuit of potentially life-changing treatments for patients are deeply rooted in over 240 years of distinguished history in Japan, and Takeda has presence in approximately 80 countries and regions with 30 manufacturing sites and 3 research sites. Global Public Affairs (GPA) is a critical pillar of Global Corporate Affairs (GCA) with responsibility for engaging global policy stakeholders to advance patient-centered policy solutions to accelerate global, equitable access to Takeda's innovative life-transforming medicines and vaccines. The Global Public Policy team in GPA is responsible for the development and delivery of global policy shaping initiatives in addition to monitoring, analyzing and developing policy positioning to advance patient-centered solutions.
We are seeking an intellectually curious, team-oriented leader with recognized expertise in international public policy. The candidate must have the organizational acumen necessary to thrive in a cross-functional role in a highly matrixed organization. The candidate must have the service-mentality and consensus-building skills necessary to work in a corporate function with multiple business partners who may have different perspectives and needs.
