TL;DR - Lovable is hiring a Head of Channel Sales to build and lead our channel business from the ground up — recruiting partners, enabling sellers, and driving indirect revenue at scale. This role owns the strategy and the number, and is a critical lever in Lovable's next phase of enterprise growth.

Why Lovable?

Lovable lets anyone and everyone build software with any language. From solopreneurs to Fortune 100 teams, millions of people use Lovable to transform raw ideas into real products — fast. We are at the forefront of a foundational shift in software creation, which means you have an unprecedented opportunity to change the way the digital world works. Lovable-built applications and websites are visited hundreds of millions of times a month, and our enterprise footprint is compounding fast. And we're just getting started.

We're a small, talent-dense team building a generation-defining company from Stockholm. We value extreme ownership, high velocity, and low-ego collaboration. We seek out people who care deeply, ship fast, and are eager to make a dent in the world.

What we're looking for
  • 10+ years in channel or partner sales. You've led strategic relationships with large solution providers or resellers and have a proven track record of driving revenue growth through indirect sales and complex partner ecosystems.

  • Proven sales leader. You've recruited, built, and scaled channel sales teams — and you know how to get the best out of sellers and specialists through enablement, joint motions, and clear accountability.

  • Strong GTM and commercial instincts. You deeply understand partner sales models, customer needs, and go-to-market strategy — and you can translate that into plans that actually move pipeline and close rates.

  • Rigorous operator. Detail-oriented with experience managing pipeline, forecasts, and joint account planning across multiple initiatives simultaneously. You resolve commercial, contractual, and product issues without drama.

  • Preferred: Experience scaling a channel motion at a high-growth SaaS or developer tools company; existing relationships within major solution provider or reseller networks.

What you'll do
  • Develop, own, and execute a comprehensive channel business plan — with clear targets for revenue growth, market share, and partner activation.

  • Recruit, grow, and lead Lovable's channel sales team, setting the culture, structure, and performance bar from day one.

  • Recruit and activate channel partners — building enablement programs, training motions, and joint selling plays that drive real adoption and pipeline.

  • Provide accurate, consistent forecasting and reporting to senior leadership on performance, pipeline health, wins and losses, and competitive dynamics.

  • Collaborate with marketing to design and execute joint demand-generation campaigns and promotional initiatives that amplify partner reach.

  • Align with product and services teams to ensure differentiated positioning and drive cross-portfolio solution adoption through the channel.

  • Own the partner and customer experience — supporting escalations, resolving issues, and ensuring a consistently high bar across every touchpoint.

  • Projects you'll tackle first: Map and prioritize Lovable's channel partner landscape; design the foundational enablement and onboarding program for new partners; establish the reporting and forecast cadence for channel revenue; identify and close the first two or three anchor partner relationships.
