The Global Partner Marketing Manager is a strategic, self-starting operator, responsible for designing and executing partner marketing programs focused on Reviews.io, BoostCommerce, Influence and more - the clearer.io suite. The role delivers marketing initiatives, partners with sales and customer success, drives top-of-funnel lead campaigns, manages events (both digital and in-person), develops compelling case studies, and nurtures strong partner relationships.
What you'll do:
- Develop and implement partner marketing strategies with a particular emphasis on Reviews.io, BoostCommerce, Influence, and the broader Clearer.io ecosystem.
- Collaborate with the VP Global Partnerships and cross-functional teams to drive impactful programs and initiatives.
- Lead the design and execution of digital and in-person events, webinars, and campaigns using advanced tools such as Customer.io for marketing automation and Streamyard for webinar and event delivery.
- Oversee co-marketing initiatives and manage top-of-funnel lead generation, ensuring every activity demonstrates product value and partner success.
- Build and manage relationships with partner marketing teams as the primary point of contact for all collaborative content and events.
- Lead the creation of engaging case studies, content, and collateral aligned with Clearer.io’s brand identity and industry positioning.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness and ROI of marketing activities using CRM and automation platforms.
- Balance multiple projects and marketing calendars, seeking out opportunities for innovation.
- Travel as required to partner offices and events.
What you'll need:
- Proven success in SaaS partner marketing with expertise in eCommerce.
- Demonstrated strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and execution skills.
- Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and provide trusted, proactive marketing guidance.
- Strong event management experience, especially using webinar platforms (Streamyard) and marketing automation (Customer.io).
- Proficient with CRM (Pipedrive), creative content tools and event management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, project management, and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.
