Job Description:

You are a Global Facilities Director who will take responsibility for the management of 83,000 square feet of headquarter office space as well as the build out and management of new offices (US based and International). You will be in a pivotal role reporting to Sr. Leadership, is responsible for the overall well-being of the physical space and the 700+ employees and growing. You are passionate about creating both a dynamic and comfortable space that will nurture the creativity, growth, and culture that make Toast the most desirable place to work.

What you’ll do:

• Create an innovative department plan processes and procedures.
• Deliver projects on time and on budget.
• Accurately analyze and asses the success of you and your team.
• Develop relationships with people at all levels within the organization.
• Manage vendors, contractors, and maintenance
• Manage vendor selection, contract management, inventory control, purchasing, and management/contractor relations Initiated and for the facility.
• Travel domestically and internationally as part of new office searches and ongoing management

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities Management with management/technical emphasis
• Managed facilities for a high-growth technology company with >1000 employees.
• An Eco-Friendly mindset
• Passion to space planning and move coordination.
• An abundant knowledge of real estate, telecommunications, furniture, accounting and building systems
