Your Impact at Mirakl:
Our BDRs at Mirakl are the first point of contact in the sales cycle and are key to driving new business. As the specialists in creating engagement, your efforts will shape Mirakl’s go-to-market strategy.
At Mirakl, BDRs are actively mentored and supported, ensuring they have the resources and guidance they need to excel in their role and contribute meaningfully to the team.
What You Will Do at Mirakl:
- Research Target Accounts: Identify key players and craft personalized, targeted messaging to engage potential customers.
- Collaborate with Account Executives: Partner closely with experienced Enterprise Account Executives to determine target personas, develop prospecting plans, and creatively strategize to gain access to key accounts.
- Be a Prospecting Expert: Share insights and best practices on outbound prospecting to support the overall success of the team.
What Mirakl is Looking for in a Candidate:
- Sales Experience or a Strong Interest in Sales: Either prior successful sales experience or a strong desire to begin a career in sales.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to persuasively connect with senior-level decision-makers.
- Engaging & Self-Aware: You are thoughtful, energetic, and self-aware, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Tech Proficiency: Experience using Salesforce.com, Outreach, and LinkedIn is a plus but not required.
