Full Stack Engineer

Fuze is looking for a full-stack engineer to help kickstart our data science & machine learning efforts. You will be rapidly prototyping web apps to visualize our unique set of data - we process billions of call, message, and video events every day - as well as the results of our data science efforts. This is a brand new team and an opportunity to have a huge impact.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in full-stack web development.
• Experience with rapid prototyping. Hackers welcome!
• Proficiency in Python and expertise with Python web technologies (Django, Flask, etc.)
• Demonstrated skill in front-end JavaScript frameworks - ideally Angular and/or React.
• Visualization expertise: d3.js, matplotlib, bokeh, plotly, vega, and other packages.
• Experience building web interfaces in HTML5 and CSS.
• Server-side expertise with a popular RDBMS (Postgres, MySQL).
• Must have excellent technical and non-technical communication skills, and experience working in small startup environments

Desired Skills (any)

• NoSQL databases, such as HBase or MongoDB, Graph databases such as Neo4j
• AWS, GCP, or Azure workflows for rapid containerized deployment.
