Job Summary – Flight Coordinator
Responsible for supervising and ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant execution of flight operations, including planning, scheduling, control, and support for aircraft, crews, and ground operations.
Directly involved in process, risk, and quality management, ensuring compliance with ANAC, ICAO, IATA regulations and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and control flight schedules, crew rosters, and ground operations.
- Supervise flight documentation, weather reports, NOTAMs, and records within the CCO.
- Ensure proper flight following and emergency procedures.
- Coordinate check-in, ramp, refueling, cleaning, and aeromedical service activities.
- Promote regulatory compliance, operational safety, and continuous updating of procedures.
- Manage resources, communication, work environment, and team development under supervision.
- Implement risk management practices and continuous improvement programs in quality and operational efficiency.
Profile:
Professional with strategic vision, leadership skills, and strong focus on safety, compliance, and operational efficiency, able to integrate flight and ground processes while coordinating multiple teams and regulatory interfaces.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Knowledge of helicopter flight operations routines.
- Knowledge of aeronautical regulations; ANAC and legislation applicable to the Aeronauts category.
- Basic knowledge of the English language.
Experience
- Solid experience in coordinating offshore helicopter flight operations.
