What You'll Do:
- Support the preparation of consolidated monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and analysis packages for senior leadership
- Partner with the Senior Financial Analyst to track financial performance, explain variances, and identify risks and opportunities versus plan
- Maintain and enhance recurring financial models, dashboards, and supporting schedules to improve forecast accuracy and streamline reporting
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and materials for executive and board-level audiences
- Collaborate with team members and cross-functional leaders, to ensure data accuracy and alignment across financial deliverables
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to simplify reporting processes, enhance data automation, and reduce cycle times
- Effectively manage numerous projects in a fast-paced environment
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 0-2 years of progressive finance experience (including internships or full-time roles) with exposure to financial reporting, budgeting, or forecasting
- Strong understanding of financial statements and analytical problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions (VLOOKUP/Index Match, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables, etc.)
- Strong PowerPoint and data visualization skills (Excel/PowerPoint dashboards, Tableau, etc.)
- Exceptional attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and a proactive mindset
- Ability to work under pressure and to deal with rapidly changing operating conditions, while still delivering to expectations
- Ability to self-start and self-direct work in an unstructured environment
Bonus:
- Experience with Hyperion SmartView, Tableau, Oracle ERP, SQL
- Familiarity with e-commerce or retail business models
